modoz.ai is a cloud-based software platform that provides customer relationship management (CRM), social CRM (SCRM), marketing automation, lead management, messaging integration (including WhatsApp Business API), call tracking, and online sales and booking tools. The platform is intended for business use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

modoz.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Use of messaging features (including WhatsApp Business API) must comply with the respective platform’s policies. Users are responsible for their compliance with communication laws and opt-in regulations in their respective regions.
modoz.ai operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. All payments are processed securely via supported local gateways including FPX, eWallets, and credit cards. No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles or unused services.
All content, code, and software associated with modoz.ai are the intellectual property of the company. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We respect your data. All personal and business data submitted to the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.
While we strive for high availability, modoz.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any loss due to downtime or service disruptions.
modoz.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
